Back To School is COOL! Provides for Kids in Need

Tests, pop quizzes and homework should be the things students worry about as they start the new school year, but for some families, worry over how to provide basic school supplies and new clothes begins long before the first bell rings.

This year United Way's Back to School is COOL! event helped send nearly 1400 children to school with needed supplies. More than 40 organizations and a number of individuals provided school supplies, clothing and cash donations totalling over $27,000 in value.
