Santas Trade Sleigh for a BIG Truck
It isn't unusual to see a large
Comcast truck on the streets. But when the giving group from
Comcast's volunteer team showed up in a big truck, it was
because it was the only vehicle large enough to transport
their Season of Caring donations.
Comcast adopted 22 families as
part of the United Way of Pierce County Season of Caring.
They collected gifts, clothing, food and anything they could
get their hands on. This dedicated team made sure every adoptee
recieved a gift and spent most of their lunch hour delivering
the goods.
Comcast isn't new to playing
Santa. Last year, the team started the effort, to the delight
of many families!!
