Meet a Scholarship Winner
Cecilia Velazquez-Chavez
Stadium High School, Class of 2006
As a high school student, Cecilia was involved in many volunteer activities, including the Youth United Youth Leadership Council, where she filled the office of President in her senior year. Extremely active in the community, Cecilia served as President of the Stadium High School Key Club and was a member of Student Council. She was active in her church youth group and also with her Cross Country team. She is a well rounded young woman and a very deserving recipient of the Willie Stewart Community Service Scholarship. Cecilia currently attends the University of Washington in Seattle.
