United Way of Pierce County
Leadership Givers are a group of community leaders who are
committed to improving lives in their own community.
Fewer than 3% of donors belong to this group,
yet more than 20% of dollars that help our community come
from Leadership Givers.
This is neither a coincidence, nor is it a
surprise. Leadership Givers include many of our community's
most bold and visionary philanthropists and inspire others
to give of their time, talent, and financial resources.
There are Several Levels of Leadership
- Leadership Giver $500
- $999
- Red Feather $1,000 - $2,499
- Silver Feather $2,500 - $4,999
- Gold Feather $5,000 - $9,999
- Alexis de Tocqueville Society $10,000+
Through payroll deduction, you can reach the
Leadership Level.
Here are some examples (figures are rounded
off):
$21.00 x 24 pay periods or
$19.25 x 26 pay periods = $500 level
$42.00 x 24 pay periods or
$38.50 x 26 pay periods = $1,000 level
$104.25 x 24 pay periods or
$96.25 x 26 pay periods = $2,500 level
