Research & Resources

Through national, regional and local research, we can identify and better understand the issues that impact life in Pierce County. By improving understanding, we can collectively develop sound, long-term strategies for tackling persistent social problems. Research is what allows us to deliver results that make a real impact in our communities—and in the lives of all who live here. You will find new information to learn more about advocating for change, key issues such as childcare and poverty data from a number of sources. We love to add to our growing collection and we enjoy collaboration so if you have research or information to share or want to go deeper into our work, contact Dona Ponepinto at donap@uwpc.org
