This holiday season, United Way of Pierce County is inviting neighbors, businesses,
and community groups to come together for the “Everything But the Turkey” Food
Drive. By donating side-dish staples and culturally diverse food items, we can make
sure every family has a seat at the table and feels the joy of a holiday meal.
From November 3–21, 2025, donations will be collected and distributed through
Emergency Food Network to help families facing food insecurity. Rising costs of living and inflation have made it difficult for many households to keep food on the table, especially over the holidays. You can help! Join us at United Way’s Curb Hunger Drive-Up & Drop-Off event on Friday, November 21, from 11am – 2pm.
Wish List Items Include:
• Stuffing mix
• Canned chicken, tuna, or Spam
• Canned vegetables and cranberry sauce
• Canned or packet gravy
• Canned pumpkin
• Green bean casserole and sweet potato casserole ingredients
• Instant mashed potatoes
• Salt and pepper packets
• Gift cards for perishable items (fresh vegetables, meat, pies, etc.)
• Additional culturally diverse food items welcome
