Kisha serves as Operations Manager for Resource Development at United Way of Pierce County, where she strengthens the systems, processes, and relationships that make philanthropy possible. Behind every gift, partnership, and act of generosity is a foundation of thoughtful planning and care, and Kisha helps ensure that foundation is strong.
She works alongside colleagues, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to support fundraising, donor engagement, and the day-to-day operations that advance United Way's mission of creating a thriving Pierce County where every person has the opportunity to reach their full potential. From workplace giving campaigns to donor stewardship and resource development operations, Kisha is passionate about creating systems that allow people to focus on what matters most: serving the community.
Before joining United Way of Pierce County, Kisha built a successful career in healthcare operations and proudly served 24 years in the United States Army. Those experiences shaped her steady leadership, deep sense of service, and ability to bring people together to accomplish meaningful work.
At the heart of Kisha's work is a simple belief: lasting change happens when people come together with compassion, purpose, and a shared commitment to one another. She finds joy in creating the structure that helps others succeed and considers it a privilege to support the partnerships that strengthen communities across Pierce County.
She holds a BA in Psychology and a MS Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
