Suit Her Up for Success Career Wear Drive 2026

Suit Her Up for Success

Because a woman’s potential should never be limited by her paycheck—or her closet.

Do you have professional clothing that you no longer wear – wrong color, career change, just not your style? Help us stock our career wear closet for women who are looking to re-enter the workforce or step up their career, particularly those who are ALICE®. ALICE® stands for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed. They’re the women in our community who are struggling to afford the basics – there’s no room in the budget for a new interview outfit. Let’s help lift them up with a full outfit. A fresh start. A powerful sense of “I belong.”

From May 25 – June 30, 2026, community members are invited to donate new or gently used professional clothing and accessories to support ALICE®.

For many women, showing up for an interview, a new job, or a career transition takes more than determination. Confidence matters, too—and feeling prepared can make all the difference.

This drive isn’t about giving hand-me-downs. It’s about giving her a hand up.
A full outfit. A fresh start. A powerful sense of “I belong.”

*Tips for Donating Clothing – Questions to Ask About Each Item
•    After washing, does it have any visible stains?
•    Are there tears, holes, fraying or pilling?
•    Does it have visible stretching?
•    Once you select your items, put them all in a bag and wait a few days. Then go through each item again with fresh eyes, and ask, “Would I give this to a friend?”
