Pam called into the 211 line and stated she was not working. During her call she was provided with resources to assist with paying her rent and utilities as well, We also sent a referral to an agency to help with finding a job. We called her a couple of weeks later to check in on her and she told us that she received the help she needed and is now in a good place. Pam said things are getting better, I have a job and I am caught up on rent. I also received help with utility bills and there was some extra to put toward the next bill. I am so happy I called 211.
